VOX ARCANA: James is happy to announce the August 2010 release of Vox Arcana's Aerial Age on his Allos Documents label (AD004). Vox Arcana was started by Chicago based drummer and composer Tim Daisy and features James on clarinet, Tim on drums, percussion and marimba, and Fred Lonberg-Holm on cello and electronics.

ALLOS MUSICA TRIO: The Allos Musica Trio featuring James on clarinet, Ronnie Malley on oud and voice and Tim Mulvenna on hand drums, was in the studio this summer recording Lamentations, to be released in fall 2010. Also this fall, the trio will be ensemble-in-residence for the MOMENTA Dance Troupe in November.
